Baked Swai Fillet

Hey guys! Since I will be living by myself and I’m getting excited to get all started but a little big step for me especially this is very new environment and things are really upgraded but still I will put my feet down and be responsible for all the decision I will make. So one of this is cooking and to get a healthy lifestyle.

It’s surprising that Swai Fillet is the only available in the fridge, so since I don’t know what food is perfect to this fish because back in the Philippines my mom and I usually get up in the morning and buy fresh fish in the wet and dry market. Here you can buy in the grocery and ready to put in the cooking pan or oven. So when I was thinking of try to do Filipino food I check the fridge but I need more ingredients so what I do I open my computer and found this Baked Swai Fillet Recipe. What I love about this recipe it doesn’t need many ingredients and you can just put in the oven and set a right timer and heat plus it takes you about 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1. 6 Pieces Swai Fillet


2. 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash salt free Lemon Pepper Seasoning blend


3. 2 tablespoons melted butter


PROCEDURE:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit.

  2. In a Baking Tray put aluminum foil that covers the entire Baking Tray.

  3. Spray cooking oil the entire aluminum foil.

  4. Brush the melted butter on the fish and then sprinkle the Mrs. Dash seasoning to all fish then put the fish into aluminum foil/tray.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven
